For Josh, construction isn't just a profession—it's been a way of life since he was 14 years old. He got his start working alongside his family in Flagstaff at CRC Heating & Cooling, where he learned the importance of hard work, craftsmanship, and treating customers with honesty and respect. Over the next 15 years, he gained hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, developing the skills and work ethic that continue to define his approach today.

In 2017, Josh founded Executive Heating & Air Conditioning with a commitment to providing dependable HVAC expertise and quality workmanship to homeowners throughout Northern Arizona. As his experience expanded, he earned both his plumbing license and general contracting license, enabling him to offer a broader range of construction services, including custom homes.

That growth led to the creation of Executive Builders, where Josh now oversees residential remodeling services, renovations, additions, and construction projects with the same commitment to quality and integrity that has guided him since the beginning.

Josh believes every project deserves careful planning, clear communication, and attention to detail. Whether it's a kitchen remodel, a home addition, or a complete renovation, he takes pride in delivering craftsmanship that lasts and building relationships based on trust.
