Josh Serna’s roots in the construction industry run deep. He began working in the trades at just 14 years old with his family’s HVAC business, CRC, in Flagstaff, Arizona. Over the next 15 years, he gained hands-on experience, developed a strong understanding of the trades, and built the work ethic that would eventually lead him to start businesses of his own.
In 2017, Josh founded Executive Heating & Air Conditioning, growing the company while continuing to expand his expertise. He later earned his plumbing and general contracting licenses, allowing him to bring multiple areas of construction together under one vision.
That experience ultimately led to Executive Builders—a company focused on quality craftsmanship, thoughtful construction, and building homes that are made to last.
As a longtime Flagstaff local, Josh understands both the unique demands of building in Northern Arizona and the importance of having a contractor you can trust. He takes a hands-on approach to every project and believes good communication, attention to detail, and doing things the right way are just as important as the finished product.
